Titika Antoniou

Titika Antoniou is a qualified Architect–Engineer, holding a Master of Architecture Degree (MArchEng) awarded by the University of Thessaly. With over 15 years of professional experience in the architectural domain, her practice is defined by a methodical design approach, meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high architectural standards. Prior to joining KAAF, she was extensively involved in the architectural design and licensing of residential developments, commercial buildings and hospitality projects. She became part of KAAF in 2025 as a Senior Architect, where she has since led the design of hotels, housing complexes and villas. Her work is distinguished by a design philosophy that balances functionality, aesthetic coherence and innovation. Titika also brings in-depth knowledge of urban planning regulations and specializes in the preparation of comprehensive licensing documentation. Her architectural vision is grounded in anthropocentric design, consistently delivering contextually integrated and environmentally responsive spaces in alignment with KAAF’s quality benchmarks and client expectations.
